Tom passed away November 26, 2018. After his Dad passed, he left the military, moved back home and cared for his Mom and brother, Greg, at the family home in Wichita. He was devoted to the care of them until he passed from a massive heart attack in November.
So sorry to hear of Tom's passing.We became friends in 9th grade at Pleasant Valley. We were some of those that you,d be surprised that we survived.
Swimming in the spillway behind his house at night, rolling his Dad's lawn tractor over the little river dike, running drop lines clear across the river at campouts with no way to retrieve the fish...nobody remembered swimsuits! Oh,Oh!
The night we figured out how to jamb 3 passengers into his brother's MGB (strictly a one passenger sports car)
The usual silly things immature boys tried. some of them even worked out. I left for the Navy shortly after graduating, Then moved out of state when discharged and never got to renew our frienship. Rest well my friend. We'll see each other again.
